We added a Shortcuts action to either launch Fjorden or trigger the shutter button when Fjorden is already running.
This is ideal for the new action button on iPhone 15 Pro & Pro Max. This way you can hold the action button to launch Fjorden, and then long-press the action button to take a photo (or start/stop video recording).

We added support for film simulations. We included 4 variants inspired by classic film rolls like Provia, Velvia, Ektar, and Classic Chrome. We also added 3 monochrome presets. Film simulations are only available in photo mode.

You can now customize all shown parameters (top bar right below the view finder) based on the current camera mode. Go into settings → Customize UI → Top Row.

To make it even easier to launch Fjorden, we added a live activity on your lock screen. The lock screen widgets can still be a bit hard to reach, esp. with one hand. The live activity starts when you open Fjorden and have your grip connected (sadly, we cannot start the LA from the background, you have to open the app first)
OTHER IMPROVEMENTS
— We now reset any focus- and exposure points when you switch lenses, or you haven't used Fjorden in a while
— We think we have fixed a crash while connecting the grip during launch. Please let us know if you are experiencing any issues with the Bluetooth connection

For now, we support 720p/1080p/4K at 30 frames per second. We plan to support higher frame rates in the future. You can find video recording in the mode menu, next to the shutter button.

To be able to add our histogram, we needed a way to customize the existing UI.
This is not (yet) the full fledged version we teased in our Kickstarter
campaign but it gets the job done. You can access this feature through
Settings - Customize Tools, or by long-pressing on any of the tools in the
middle row (timer, grid, focus control, flash, file format). Only five or less
tools can be activate at the same time.
